WTG Topcat!!!! Those quarter quick hits are my favorite too. Now I'll REALLY be planted at them if I ever get back to Cherokee! Millie's sister went to Cherokee last night, and came out a few hundred dollars ahead. Sounds like good times in the mountains.

Hi Sandi. There are 2 locations with the quarter quick hit machines. If you go to where the large bank of blazing 7s machines with the progressive is, there are some on the next isle towards the back of the casino. I usually do a lot of walking around, and that's how I stumbled on to them. Hope this helps. GATOPCAT

Nice win on the quarter "Quick Hits." I enjoy playing those at Cherokee, too. wbpanthers - at the Cherokee casino, they are not too far from the buffet. I can't remember exactly which row they are on, so I hope these directions aren't too convoluted! If you are walking down the main aisle towards the buffet from the side entrance of the casino, they will be to the left. I wish they had those quarter Quick Hits at Four Winds! I play the penny ones all the time but at $1.50 a spin for max coins my money goes fast if they aren't hitting. Now they put in some new ones there that take $3 max. Maybe they'll get the quarter ones eventually.

Hi Diz, They have about 8 or 10 of the 2 coin quarter machines in Cherokee with the quick hit feature. I love to play them. Like most casinos though, most of the machines are 3 to 5 coins. Hope you get to try them.

Hey, love those photos and congrats on the hits. I have not seen any two coin quarter Quick Hits around here, but I sure would like to find some of them.

Actually, I was winding my way through traffic on I-40 near Cherokee while you were there May 1. Maybe someday, I can find a way to get over to the place.

Thanks for the comments folks. Carol, you are right, I was also slap happy. Charles, It does get to be a long ride when you're tired. I may try going a little later in the day next trip. Biloxi gives you lots more choices for sure.

OK Tom. I talked with Claire today and I have just about convinced myself to go down to Biloxi for a night instead of up to Cherokee for the day. I hate to think about playing until I get tired then driving all the way back home.
