About 2 weeks is all I can take without some slot play, so I went to
Cherokee again yesterday ( Fri. 5/1 ). I had a coupon for $15. free play, and one for $5. food allowance, and they were having "mystery cash"
starting at 1:00pm which promised between $5 and $5000 in free play. I got $10. Oh well, at least I got some time with the slot machines. I arrived at about
9:30am, and played until about 6:00pm with time out for a lunch buffet at 1:30pm. The food was good again today, and I enjoyed the buffet. I did some better
on the slots today also, and though I wound up losing $140. when all was done, I did have fun, and a full day of slot play. I hit for 1,000 quarters on a
2X5X10X "quick hit" machine when the 3 quick hit symbols all made it into the window. I also had another pretty good hit on a diamond frenzy machine
when I got double bars and the 4th reel stopped on 500pay. Those were my best hits, and I had a good many smaller hits which allowded me to play all day
without losing all of my bankroll. I did not personally see them, but did hear a good many $2,000. to $10,000 jackpots announced. I left about 6:30pm and
arrived home around 9:30pm, worn slap out.
You may have been "worn slap out"---but, I'll bet you
were "slap happy". 
Thanks for the comments folks. Carol, you are right, I was also slap
happy. Charles, It does get to be a long ride when you're tired. I may try going a little later in the day next trip. Biloxi gives you lots more choices
for sure.
