I went straight to Mickey's bar to play the .25 video poker. I really like the now working cardreader thingy, but the vp was terrible. I might have
gotten one full house as my best hand. I was done playing there in 45mins. That should have been a warning of things to come.
I then moved to a $1 video poker to play my freeplay. They send me $20 a week and I did double it, so cashed out the ticket and held on to it for a while.
I walked over to Cypress Bayou to look for any Triple Star machines (not one in Shorty's). I did find a lot of multi denomination from penny to nickel, a
couple of .25 ones and a couple of $1 Triple Stars. The .25 and $1 machines. I did nothing on these. How frustrating.
I went back to Mickey's and depleted my funds. I could hear people talking about the rain that was coming from the west. Since I was broke I decided to
beat the rain home, its only a 12-15min drive. OMG!! when I got on the road leading from the casino to the highway I could not see the hood of my car! plus I
had to drive slow to avoid hydroplaning. If I had had money I would have turned around and gone back to the casino. Well I continued on home in that downpour.
Good thing I was behind a truck, I could not see the lines on the road so I followed his taillights. We have to cross a bridge (I am afraid of heights) and at
one point all I could see was red taillights, Iprayed that we wouldn't stop on the bridge, well we crept over it and I made it home safe. I won't be
gambling next Friday. My oldest son is getting married! Thanks for reading and Happy Gambling!
